Creamy pumpkin pie. I have now found a crust I like so next time I will figure out how to make it look pretty instead of freaked out around the edges. Actually, it looked very nice going IN the oven, but it shrank sometime thereafter and I need to figure out how to stop the shrinkage. And finally, I don't have pie weights or beans so I used Max's marble collection, which worked like a charm. Today's lesson: marbles take a very long time to cool down after being in the oven for only 10 minutes.
