Dumpling Festival

I came across the notice for this festival, to be held tomorrow (Saturday) on Houston St. I thought to myself, "Yum. I love dumplings. I will have to rearrange all my plans to eat unplanned dumplings. Never mind that I can no longer fit into my favorite purple pants. Dumplings are more important than pants." And so on.

Then, I looked at the photo, and frankly, they need a new photographer. This photo focuses on the grease, which is an integral part of a good dumpling, but not the part I want to think about.
