White Street

An unusual performance of The Misunderstanding by Camus brought me to White Street, which is lovely, with grand buildings that haven't changed too much in the last 100 years. The last time I can recall going there, it was to The Mudd Club (77 White Street) where I saw, among other celebrities, Frank Zappa sitting in a folding chair.

This house on Church Street, near White Street, is the studio of artist Steven Rand. The colors in the windows flash, making it look like a whorehouse from the 22nd century.
