Pumpkin with a frozen crust. There is no faking that perfectly crimped edge that I will never be able to make myself. After I use up the last frozen crust (they were on sale, I couldn't resist) it is going to be hand made crusts from now on. I think it's funny how my pies always lean in one direction because my floor is slanty, and thus so is the oven, and thus so is everything that comes out of it.
