Thank you Diane's son Brendan for showing me this site. I've actually got nothing to say. I think I need to read some blogs first, as I'm not entirely sure how this works.

So I have looked around some blogs and I am fairly certain that nobody will ever read mine unless I tell them about it, which I won't. I started this because I had a bad customer service experience and wanted to write about it, and so I thought.. a blog ... what's a blog? Not sure, but I think I can write about how much I hate AT&T on this and it will make me feel better. Or not.

But now that I am writing it my petty problem with AT&T customer service, or lack thereof, seems, well, petty. So what that I've spent 3 hours on hold because I can't pay my bill online as I would like. But I can't.

So I'm looking at some other blogs, inadvertantly discovered an awesome live action film of the opening credits of the Simpsons. That stopped me in my tracks because I was trying to figure out how and why other people have so many links next to their blogs. What is the relationship there? I don't know.
