Billy Syndrome is Back

Plane crashes notwithstanding, I am really sad that I will miss what I presume is the first show by Billy Syndrome since his hospitalization a few years ago since I have previous plans that cannot be changed. Mostly I'm happy to hear that he is up and around and not confined to a hospital for the rest of his young life. Second I'm happy to hear that he is playing music again.

If you are around and willing to trudge to Brooklyn, this may not be your cup of tea-music, but it will surely be fun.

The ad is written EXACTLY how Billy speaks, so you know what you're in for.

Yeah, that is pretty funny and I just might go to this, sounds fun. As for this "at least I get to play inside" thing I just a couple minutes ago wrote a comment regarding that Washington DC outdoor concert on another blog. This is want I wrote:

Well, it's like the middle of winter and a little bit cold for this sort of thing isn't it?

But this cold be a great new thing like Woodstock.
After Woodstock people thought it was fun to be treated like cattle in a mass of fans unable to see the talent miles away. And it has been that way ever since (except now that they search everything it's a lot less fun since you can no longer bring your own entertainment, which you could in the old days).

So after this, maybe we can have big expensive mass outdoor shows in the dead of winter.
The stars can have a heated stage and we can all jump up and down a lot.
What fun!
