I am so proud to be part of the East Village Blog Mafia, according to Capital Magazine. But I don't want to be the one who writes about noise. In fact, I rarely write about noise. I comment on the other mafioso's blogs about noise but my blog is relatively noise-free. Mostly my blog is boring, which is a reflection of my life, which is so boring that I have to resort to writing a blog to keep me from drilling nails into my skull. Maybe some noise would spice it up and I could be more of a central blog mafia capo or something. I would like to be the boss of the blog mafia because I like bossing people around, especially when they are being noisy.

And by the way, with this heat, it's been so quiet, it's too hot to shout. Or I'm too hot to hear it. And I'm definitely too hot to write coherently.

I think you should open a private bar/club in your apt. An upper Avenue A after-party pad.

It would be fabulous. And noisy!

A quiet speak-easy in your basement...I'd go! :)

I was out taking photos for my blog about the EV, but then when I was approached by a couple of big tough looking guys I knew I was on someone else's turf and abandoned the idea. I don't want my typing fingers broken.
